this is no mystery ! it is called diffraction of light…rays of light have different wave lenghts and these wave lenghts are separated by small rain drops in the sky, while or after rain, so then the light usually a light mix of wave lenght appear as all the colors of the natural light that our eyes can see! ie violet, blue, green, yellow, orange and red…
