the prophet (Allah bless him and him peace) said that if one has a bad dream you shouldnt talk about it or mention it to anyone.
these are not the exact words but it is the jist of the hadith which i read, as for not talking about good dreams never heard of that, if your dreams are good they are mubarak abd blessed dreams so there would be no harm in talking about them.
