I am with kakee on this one. All things being equal it cannot be denied that blacks get stopped and frisked at a significantly higher rate than other races. Especially whites. That does not mean NO whites get stopped and frisked. The way I read Musnas response, that appears to be the bar. To me that is exaggeration.

Also we don’t have to actually SEE blacks being incarcerated simply because of skin color. To claim that there is always a law behind such incarceration is simply sticking ones head in the sand.

It is not too difficult to acknowledge the SIGNIFICANT disparity in the treatment of blacks and whites. Which is what kakees post was about. Muznas post deflected every point with - in my opinion - exaggerated denials.

I have never denied that racism exists…in USA or Canada.
What I have wanted to counter all along is the “painting with broad brush strokes” that kakee prefers to do…
