Not that I know of. But I’ve never seen anyone get arrested for their skin colour. I’m not sure of any place in the world where it’s a crime to have any specific skin colour.
If you know of such a place, please tell me.
Again…I’m not sure that anyone, black, brown, white or any other colour, has been convicted solely on their race.

Umm…actually in some places in the USA it’s quite dangerous for white men to end up…and they would get attacked for a lot less than what they are wearing…
You’d be surprised how many “white guys” I know working abroad that have adopted non-white names to make their life easier. I’m surprised you, in your worldly knowledge, don’t know any such folks.
