Define Intelligence

Continuing on from Barbie_Girl's thread.

What do you personally think is the definition of intelligence. We all know education doesn't mean brains. And we all know that a person who is well at one thing might not do too great on another. So basically where do we all stand. Which makes me say that our education system needs some changes. :D
