I've got nothing against you, I agree with what you say. Just how you've replied to any form of criticism ( I don't include my own, mine isn't criticism. More like an attack ) and the downcast tone with which you've dealt out your responses. If you can't handle it, don't deal it out.
But hey, I'm just a random on the forums, don't pay too much mind to what I have to say.
That wasn't nasty. Hormonal, maybe, but not nasty. I, on the other hand, did reply like an arrogant, intellectually superior bastid. No worries if it went over your head. This seems to be a recurring theme with your type.
Not sure what 'downcast tone' is (should I end my sentences with winks? kisses perhaps?) but seems like you've got your lace panties in a massive twist because you think I'm smarter than you. (I am). For the sake of false modesty, who am I to convince you otherwise if that's what you'd like to believe. By all means 'dish it out' like a virile man, I'm not the one resorting to public histrionics, Nancy. Sure you don't have a little crush on me? So much irrational hate can only mean lurve. Ok listen up, no more flattery from the peanut gallery, God knows I've already got my intellectually superior head up my arse. :D
Do you know any children who like being treated like children? They always want to do what adults are doing. They want to be considered mature. I'm sure the partner is the parent role is loving it if they have a dictatorial tendencies. Even if you liked being taken care of, no one *likes *to be treated like their opinions are worth nothing.
The topic is excellent. For the most part, there’s quite an intellectual intercourse going on .
Then some of you started to itch and type rubbish. Very disappointing. Then you argue with me as to why you got an infraction. Eh? Listen, if you’re so capable of carrying out smart conversations then please do so with dignity and without using foul language. It’s yucky.
So I am reopening this thread, but with a last and final warning that if anyone gets personal with another person or uses a bad word, the infraction is coming your way.
On and one more thing, , some of you aren’t even married so let me warn you, if you can’t carry a decent conversation without spitting out some offensive words in a 7 page thread, how are you planning on having lifelong intellectual intercourse for gods sake? Practice here.
