Few days back i found a book at libraray of my home and i found strange phrases which i can not understand few of them are

andhoon mein kana raja ,
raha ke ghar mein motion ka kaal
please anyone can explain what does it means

This means " you dont know how to dance and you are blaming it on the inclination of the dance floor". This is when people blame their incompetence on some other factor
andhoon mein kana raja. It means "one eyed king amongst blind people"
This means that the only reason you are looking better is because everyone else is so bad (or worst then you). i.e You are raised to the top because of the the ultimate incompetence of other people and not because of your qualities

Although I never heard that but it means "cannot find the pearls in the house of a king"

means best in the worst.
