I think you should learn the rules properly before you go accusing people of breaking them. You're allowed to post links to other sites so long as they aren't of competing forums/sites or have objectionable content.

I can't believe I'm being accused of "advertising" for posting a link that encourages people to be eco-friendly and save energy.
