i hate you for not sharing didnt anyone tell you you cant have food without sharing it withh llxxll/xxl/lxl?

Saturday morning - No school for the kids, no early morning rush to get to work for me. Just the luxury of reaching out for the alarm clock and slapping it hard to shut the alarm and then pull the blanket over the head to enjoy a few more hours of sleep - oh boyyyyy - i lub satchurdaayzzzz

anyway - this morning I decided to treat myself to a royal breakfast. Long before the rest of the population of my house woke up.

I went down to the kitchen, fed Daisy some marinated chicken treat
then decided to make a anda paratha breakfast - with isstraaaaang Tea

First I put the frying pan on the stove, and put some cooking oil in it. Then I took the roti packet from the fridge, it was almost frozen stiff because it had been sitting in there for a few days . I put the roti in the mircrowave to make it soft, and then gave it a bath with hot scalding water in the sink. When the roti was soaking wet, I put it in the frying pan where the oil was piping hot :o

There was a lot of shoooooo chooooooo pshhhhhtggshhsdfjdfj noise from the frying pan, but then it stabilized, and one face of the paratha was done, then i flipped it over with a chimtaa, and did the other side.

When it was fully fried, my parathaa was golden brown on both sides, with crispy dark brown patches in some areas - That taken care of, I broke an anda in the same frying pan, and put lots of chaat masaala in it, and then mixed it together with the anda. The results were great !!

To finish off I made myself a cuppa tea using 3 tea bags

Enjoyed my breakfast in front of the PC, checking emails and reading news and listening to my favourite tracks on youtube- all at the same time.
