Since I am superficial I want both :p
kidding :D A good personality with a good heart and mediocre looks is usually more charming than a drop dead gorgeous jerk. Though a goodlooking person with a good personality and a good heart would be quite the deal.

We are not questioning Allah SWT’s creation, we are merely praising Him for the beauty He created in humans; and He has made some humans physically more attractive then others. Just like the way He has blessed some with the intelligence of becoming a doctor and others with tremendous amounts of love (like that of a mother).
Inner beauty also exists; its based on a person’s characters, their dealings with others, the decency, their honesty. Not all ppl have a good character (like those who spread fitna by doing gheebah) and hence would lack inner beauty. May Allah SWT guide us all, Amin.
