Really very sad incidents of violence. Maxco (a european owned) company at Korangi Creek was burnt with six workers inside. Edhi home at Super Highway attacked, mentally retarded kids beatan, centre looted and ambulances burnt.
ANP's worker took advantage of the situation and burnt people's private cars, looted people running for shelter from indiscriminate firing, humiliated women workers. The National Highway and Korangi Industrial Area appear to be have been air raided by enemy airforce.
Really sad incident with Maxco....this Italian owned knitwear factory was a rare example of a foriegn owned enterprise working in any main stream sector in the country.....the loss of confidence due to burning of this factory can not be compensated with anything....
Beating mentally retarded kids....and looting Edhi centre and burning ambulances....well I think Aalsi and Reza are right....we need education and civilization before we can demand democracy>>>
