It was the pitch not the bowlers.

so we had different pitch for each inng … bowler friendly pitch when indians bowling and flat when indians batting …

ODI main tu 50over keee bowling hotee hai …veggiee bhee chal jatey heen…5 days main pata chalta hai k kaun veggiee hai aur kaun gosht khoor

^ over time picthes do deteriorate and help the spinners such as Asif, Ruzzak, Sami.

India finds new heroes after every successful series against Pakistan. But once their 15 min are up, they disappear. This time around, maybe with Chappel, they will stick around.

Our gosht khore bowlers were upstaged by veggie counterparts :(

Indian bowlers bowled with a lot of cricketing sense, and pitched the ball where it should be pitched. To be able to get wickets, you need more than just good sensible bowling, though:

1. You need mistake from the batsmen (though arguably you can induce a mistake by constantly applying pressure and varying line n' length).
2. You need good fielders to hold on to the catches (Indian team caught some real blinders in this series- fantastic fielding, as that put pressure on the batsmen).
3. You need some luck.

Its always premature to pass judgements on a bowler after 1 or 2 series. Lets give them all (put in Asif in the mix too) some time before putting them on a pedestal.

Faisal bhai, you also need:
. Mah ki daal
. Rajma or is it razma currie
. Dahi wada
. Baigan ka bharata
. Thalipeeth (if you are from Mumbai)

Not exactly, Pathan was find of last tour. Kapil Dev was find of Pakistan tour. So everybody doesn’t fade, as well R.P Singh, SreeSanth doesn’t look like fading. I can’t say same thing about Raina, haven’t seen him enough.
As well I will still somehow reserve my comments of Dhoni… Yes he rocks, though he is rocking so much with such uncoventional way of playing that I am still confused…

Veggie or no veggie, both Pathan and Zaheer are turning into trundlers. If it wasn't for Pathan's batting, I'm sure his place in the side wouldn't have been this secure. Both R.P.Singh and Sreesanth were quite impressive.
