really anjaan, does religion really have impact one o ne's culture?? so are indians christians then? is that why we see half_naked indian women on the tele all the time? celebrating western festivals, spejkaing english? so hinudism is the other name for christianity, i take it.

Does your religion allow you to watch half naked woman on TV all the time?

Ok. let us study it the other way. Islam could easily find deep roots in central Asian countries....these countries were particularly living in dark ages. Islam suited the people of these countries and even after embracing Islam for 1000 years today the situation in these countries has not changed at all.
It is the best example of a complete similarity between a religion and culture.

You are absolutely right. If majority of Hindus or Indians are living below poverty line, and our children are not getting proper food and education……our religion, culture and system are equally guilty for that.
You can never separate these things and look for excuses. At the same time India is progressing because the society is not against the criticism….it is religion, culture or system.
I can tell you that Muslims in India are living under more disgusting conditions for a simple reason that majority of them is against any change because the religion or you call it Islamic culture does not allow them to accept anything progressive.
Now kindly tell me when you say …..Hindooos or Hindians….Do you include Hindian Muslims also?
(I told you much earlier if I decorate your country and religion with equal vocabulary, what difference will remain between you and me. I have to maintain a difference in our cultures)

Why Muslims are against the idea that religion and culture are inter-related…..because majority of Muslims live in disgusting conditions in Asia and in African countries.

most of the indian muslims converted because of low caste status and they were poor hindus not because they are muslims now. most of the foreigen origin muslims are not poor.
