Every country has its share of poor.............This does not mean that they stop researching in new technologies. Everybody said that Indian space programme is waste of money and look what its doing now......It's the most economical way to get a sattelite into its orbit. ISRO already earned 80 times the of what they had invested unlike NASA which gets billions of $ for its budget. I bet this Chadrayaan project will break even soon....maybe by commercialising space tourism.
