re: Indian Terrorist Sarabjit Singh attacked in jail by fellow prisoners
if you think it’s reasonable to provide no security to a high profile indian prisoner (by the way he became high profile only recently) then i don’t know what to tell you.
it’s pretty amazing to see you comparing this case to ajmal kasab. if you think some kangaroo court trial of an indian in the political environment of 1990 is credible then i have a few bridges to sell you. have you read about his case? if not just read a little bit about it and you will feel ashamed for having made such patriotic declarations about him being a terrorist who should rot in hell. all patriotism aside, we both know that the most probable scenario is that he was either totally innocent or at most a low-level spy…not some terrorist mastermind of multiple bombings. if that doesn’t strike you as an utter farce then i don’t know what would. i have no problem saying that similar false convictions of pakistanis would have been equally possible in india especially back then. presumably you are angered by indians claiming to hold the moral high ground on this issue (i agree that they don’t) but i wouldn’t let such annoyances evoke this kind of patriotic irrationality.
