Ask yourself this question: Does india has any evidence which can stand a chance in international court of justice?
If yes, what is stopping you to take ths case to ICJ? It is after all an international dispute.
Share the evidence with interpol/Pakistan or other relevant parties, not through media but through official channels which are established for this purpose.
