^ my personal opinion, based on personal observance, but such is also the case for the country known as India. On a molecular level, south asia is essentially the same. Especially India and Pakistan: Both have bombs going off every day, with incredible corruption levels, and elusive levels of law and order deteriorating in major cities/petty crime levels. They (India) just have a fantastic PR.
