Yeah, kachi lassi (not whole milk) is often consumed after mangoes to even out the “garam” nature of mangoes with that of “thanda” nature of milk.
Sindh produces the best mangoes I’ve tasted (Mirpur Khas especially :love: ), and I’ve tasted quite a few kinds.

Actually the mexican mangoes have improved over the years (i think it is mexican as they export the most mangoes to US? ).

"real" mangoes are ones that you cannot hide.
Their fragrance is enough to make your mouth water......and these kinds of mangoes only come from Pakistan.
