Important note to women, when going for a vaginal ultra sound make sure probe has a new condom place on it.
It's imperative when going to any clinic , you see the person obtaining blood from you opens the syringe from a new package. If you don't see it happening, insist it be done in front of you.
When getting manicures makes sure the file is new. WHen getting a hair cut the blue liquid in the bottle should be deep blue , not light blue as it could be watered down
When going for a pedicure and foot spa, make sure so see the drain trap, if hair is in their don't stick your feet in it. You can get skin turbuculosis.
ANd women , stop trying on lipsticks at cosmetic counters. I keep telling girls and ladies at counters to stop the practice when I see them doing it. Lots of infectious bacteria.
ANd don't borrow other girl's make up. BACTERIA, BACTERIA , BACTERIA.
