^ Anything happening within a country's borders is its internal matter. What we are dealing with now is cross border terrorism. It doesnt help that the country involved - Pakistan, is somehow also linked to a majority of international terrorism acts in the last decade.
Thats your oppinion... But this is about the value of human life at the end of the day, whether its within your own borders or the borders of others.
You should recall that there are laws against commiting attrocities even within your own country. That was one of the rationales used to invade Iraq, as well as the war in Kosovo.
Basically, countries that dont value human life, be it within their own borders or outside are guilty of human rights violations, and India is guilty on multiple levels.
But the sad fact is that India can get away with such things because no one speaks for the victims, so no one cares because those that are killed are poor and voiceless.
