All talk, no action. It takes a certain nerve to declare war and carry it out. India doesn't have that nerve or well, put more correctly hasn't "found" it yet. But rest assured Israeli Therapists with the helps of American Physiotherapy society are working hard on finding it. Expect it to be active soon, then Pakistan will just come along and severe and once and for all.
