Just one over remaining for the day.
So today was a day full of events.India resumed the play with Veeru and Lax at the crease and then lost wickets at regular intervels ,with no ample support from anybody for Veeru.But he continued with his rythm and momentum went on scored his double ton and the in the last wicket stance Ishant gave him a good support while Veeru was on the verge of scoring his double ton.Once he scored his double ton,Ishant got out.Srilanka has used up all their third umpire appeals.
Then lankans started but lost one early wicket but came back after that.Then turbanator striked with four wickets.
The final Srilankan score on their first innings on day two is 215/5

Finally the Sardar does something of note.
Did not see the match....but it looks like (from reading on Cricinfo) that Karthik missed a regulation stumping chance against Sangakarra.....and Gambhir dropped a sharp catch towards the end.
So the Indian fielding lapses have not stopped.

Okay....it is established....Kumble has become practically useless with the ball.
He is hardly troubling the batsman.
Come to think of it, except for Laxman....the so-called "Seniors" have made ZERO contribution to India's cause so far in this series.
Irfan Pathan would have done better spin bowling than Kumble and would have batted better than Gangu/Dravid.

Apparently the pitch is beginning to turn appreciably.
Doesn't look like India will score much in the 2nd innings.
And India cannot stop SL from achieving the target with just ONE spinner (Bhaji).

India's bowling is WEAK.....very WEAK.
As much as I hate Harbhajan....he looks like the only bowler who can take wickets for India in this Test Match.
