Another catch dropped, was a hard one though. Tendulkar took a really bad fall there, that looks really painful.

There will be result, I can tell you that.

Winning - we have a good chance since SL will bat last on the pitch. On the other side, Laxman and Tendulkar are both injured currently, and our batting has looked pretty ordinary. We need Dravid to step up this time. And obviously Sehwag and Gambhir are key players, rest I have no hope.

The umpire has given the first warning to Ishant for running on to the danger area. He has been spoken to about this on couple of occasions before.

Did not follow the game last night. I thought I will wake up to see SL 300/3........251/6 is still better.

So Sangakarra went on to score a century......what a costly catch drop by Dravid it turned out to be.

In live time, it seemed there might have been an inside edge before the ball hit pad, but the replays clearly showed the ball hit the pad first. The impact was 40% inside the mat - as it was with Rahul Dravid when he was given out yesterday - and the ball would have gone on to hit the middle stump three-fourths of the way up. For some reason, though, the original decision was upheld, which left the Indians irate. Sachin Tendulkar, who had injured his elbow earlier, even signalled "out" from the dressing room. Samaraweera was on 5, then, and went on to score 35, and more importantly, put together a 60-run partnership with Sangakkara at a crucial juncture.

^ That's sad , very sad.

There is absolutely no excuse for mistakes by the Third Umpire.

Mistakes such as this should warrant some penalty for the Umpire at least.

Who is this Umpire, btw ? A Sri Lankan ?
