Okay wierd. Dravid got MoM (maybe because he hit a 6 finally? :p). So yeah he played good and all but i seriously thought with 1 wicket and 80+ runs Pathan truly deserved the MoM. Even if he didnt get a wicket his batting alone should have earned him MoM. It would have been a great morale booster for him too.

What a resounding win for India. Excellent batting by Sacihn, Pathan and Dravid. Pathan is a capable bat but I would reserve judgement on him being a true all rounder
Now watch cricinfo go crazy on team india 
. There will be gazillion articles on how Ganguly’s absence and Chappel’s presence.

best outcome of this match is that second-guessing of ganguly being booted will die down much faster. it will be much easier for the team to re-focus and become comfortable with its new character.

Why was Dravid nominated MoM? If anybody, it should have been Irfan Pathan or Tendulkar at worst. When Dravid walked in at 207 in 30 overs, the batting job was already done.
