It should not be a tie. Technically England has won because they lost 8 wickets as opposed to India's 10.

Both teams lost. awesome.

Is this for real? Thought England would win easily with ~ 80 runs to go. What a relief! Good job India making a fight of it, in spite of bowling limitations (Cant do much about that). Now for next game, get all the singles you can while batting.

In a related news, you know what happens to all those bets on the game when a match ties. i just learned that all the bets get cancelled. a lot of people were winning/losing money and all of sudden whole game's bets are off.
i love ties.

only if the batsman doesn't get a full pace ball, then the deflection is weak and the ball trajectory is low....
most successful when its 1 of the many shots and bowler has no clue that its going to be employed so no fielder in the short fine / backward short leg position....
Like pakistan got Dilshan cuz they knew he would pull it and they had a fielder already set there...same thing with India...

This game should have not been a tie. Wickets in hand should have been used to determine who won and in this case it would have been England.

THIS is exactly the reason I hate Australia...coz they are known for their low class behavior...never professional...and same with India...it is soooo pathetic!!!

I know India and Pak do it with each other...but it is always funny...coz at least they understand each other!
