I think India have a good chance of saving this game.....With Indian batting line and short boundries of LOrds...and most important factor Harmisoon and Hoggard Less Eng Bowling.........i think we will see some nice batting display of Sachin and Laxman on 3rd day and India should be able to safe this game and perhaps even the series

Karthik, perhaps the most agile of all fielders, could be forgiven (contrary to what Michael Holding had stated at one point - "Not the most agile of fielders, these Indians").

I personally think that Yuvraj Singh and Irfan Pathan would have made a decent contribution to the side, had they been included. It remains a mystery as to why the selectors chose to bench the real match-winners. Senseless decisions, these.

Awesome performace by Indian to bundle ENg out for less than 300.....Now Indian batsmen have to play out their natural game and saving the game will be alot easier now.

Very ordinary, without Hoggard and Harmisson there is no bite in their attack. Even Tendi can score a century against this attack. :D

1) are Eng going to try to ball dot balls at Sachin to Build pressure....

or

2) they will be aggrassive and will make him play strokes and then try to get him out??

I think over last couple of season, bowling dott balls to sachin is a good strategy as he gets into his shell and then usually when he tries to break the pressure he plays a false shot and gets out. so i think that should be the way to go.

Its been 30 Overs, Time to bring Monty......tendulkar has pretty much settled down....i think now he is going to go after Monty to gain some Psycholigical advantage against him for the whole indian side....ifhe is successful then the Indian Morale will go up big time
