India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

Got a shoker to seee India loose. When I saw last time they were 2 down . I was expecting a win or a draw for India. But win for aussies ..... wa not in equation. Kohli played very well

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

I really do not want to see that SHE Saha F***** in the team anymore. This idiot only cost the match attempting an idiotic shot.

I believe the team management should reprimand him and he should not be included for the rest of the series.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

now indians *****ing on every forum that bad umpiring was the reason.....and had rahane not given out indian would have won

sore losers! north indians never accept the defeat with an open heart!

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

felt the same way....what a moronic shot given the situation

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

Well they dont want DRS. Cant have it both ways.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

When you don't have DRS, umpires are going to make blunders. BCCI is to blame here. It is not 100% accurate but at least it stop absolute howlers.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

There were few decisions that went India's way as well, so nobody should be complaining. Anyways, great game IMO, Kohli played brilliantly trying to win the game instead of opting for the draw.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

for example? can you please explain..did you see the match live?

almost all decisions went against indians..in the first innings, saha was clealry not out...dhawan in Ist innings was not out as well...and then rahanay in 2nd innings was not out.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

I stated before the 2nd inning - if close decisions don't go against India there is Chance for draw. I was wrong. India could have won.

As for xlose LBWS going in India's favor, in Australian.bith the innings there were several close shouts. None was given.

But in terms of catches , come one. Warner was clearly caught off his glove. I saw it live. And Rahane not out. And given out.

I had predicted this would happen. What with the emotion of the event. An Aussies win was predestined.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

Hadn't seen dhawan and Saha first inning decisions. If true then that is FOUR decisions that went against india. No one can re over from that in a close game.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

And yes BCCI is at fault for drs. But that doesn't give license for overwhelming at of decisions going one way.

They r supposed to Cancel each other our.

Hey Ram. Kalyug aa gaya bhai

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

i saw the match and wickets...saha and dhawan were clearly not out in the first innings.

but india still lost because they deserved to lose..because they are mentally weak against Aussies. when you lose 8 wickets in 30 overs or less, that shows you have a bigger problem. Indians were simply throwing their wickets away. They could have applied themselves more and at least saved the match.

So indians need to reflect on that part as well instead of blaming bad decisions only. that is all.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

It was stupid (aka Afridi) shot from him. India had already collected 14+ runs from the over (2 fours and 1 six) and he tried to add 6 more to score :smack:

Kohli should also be talk about he threw away his wicket. The time he got out swinging, India did not need the boundary not when he was playing with tail…

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

I totally agree with lack of discipline. I think I was critical of the way some just perished like moths to the fire.

but may I at least gently object to the statement loss of 8 wickets? For it was 7. Granted. Losing 7 was shameful. No backbone.

But it can't be denied the match would have been drawn if half those bad decisions went the correct way. For all 4 are established batsmen.

Yesterday's loss drained a lot of energy. It was depressing.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

Yaaar, why to blame umpires when morons like SHE Saha is in the team?

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

It was really poor umpiring on last day of the game. Specially Rahane's wicket and also couple of not outs given against Vijey

Lets see for how long BCCI can keep on denying DRS. This the the very reason DRS should be in place. Dhawan and Rahane could have easily got their decisions overturned.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

India played a positive cricket...did try it's best to WIN the game rather trying to end in a draw. Kohli is next Tendulkar...great player!

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

Didn't see match yesteraday. WaS only following on espn commentary. The lbws in my opinion cancel each other out. There were quite a few good appeals against Aussies.

India deserved to lose. Because they didn't have a plan B

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

I watched it and to be fair with Lyon, Murli Vijey was out plumb LBW AT LEAST couple of time (may be more) but he was not given and then there were decision of Rahane....overall very poor umpiring.

Re: India Vs Australia..1st Test @ Adelaide

I am not contesting that. All I am saying is n the two Aussies innings there were no LBWS given. And there were quite a few that looked out. So I am trying g to say the LBWS cancel each other out.

Now we are left with 4 caught decisons. All going one way. That is all I am saying.

Anyway - did I say it was depressing? Chalo. As Waleed would say - koi nahin
