Here

Dravid hits FOURTH century in a row, joins others:

"Dravid matches the achievements of South African Alan Melville, Australian Jack Fingleton and West Indian Everton Weekes, who went on to become the only man to hit five consecutive test hundreds. "

Though slow, but “slow and steady wins the race”. Good job!

Great acheivement by Dravid. Well played.

Indeed, Great batting by him - Once again Indian middle order and lower order failed. I hope Harbhajan and Kumble bowl well on the 3rd day.

Shewag is the man....Dravid is a great player

Dravid is the exact kind of player our teams needs currently, someone solid, who can guarentee you a big score, doesn't get carried away and plays throughout his whole inning. A real match winner of the Indian player.

Spock Ji :

It was good to see you remark Im surprised that the stadium if full of people even though this is a test match!! Seemed like a sold out stadium on a week day! . The Stadium¡¯s Capacity might be well over Fifty Thousand (Please correct me if this is incorrect).

Your statement is in sharp contrast to the respected Pakistani Newspaper Jang which quotes an unrealistic figure of 15,000 Spectators

**Sehwag cracks 147 as WI toil

Sehwag delighted nearly 15,000 spectators as he never allowed the West Indians bowlers to dominate with his wide range of attacking shots. He completed his half-century off 85 balls in the last over before lunch when he square-drove left-arm fast bowler Pedro Collins for his 11th boundary. Sehwag took 53 deliveries more to complete his hundred, lofting part-time seamer Wavell Hinds over mid-wicket for his 19th four. He played handsome shots against both seamers and spinners, starting with two successive boundaries in Collins’ opening over.**

Now you know how the Pakistan Press misinforms its readers.

Have a nice day.

An easy win for india :)

bdsurti, what would they achieve by deliberately misinforming the readers? I am sure this is some mistake. They never redicule the Indian cricket team, despite its overall record, and btw, I didnt see this 15,000 report in the paper edition of the newspaper.

 point remains is what will a newspaper gain from quoting wrong figures…will have to agree with Spock on this one..

and coming back to match - Windies 117/6 off 40 Overs

Defeat staring W Indies…???

India has almost won the match.

West Indies are 158/8 at lunch. Only the W/Indies tail is there to get out. India will not have to bat as they are still leading by 142 runs.

I am sure west indies are missing their star batsman (Brian Lara).

They won the test series at home against India without major contributions from Lara.
Lara is way past his time, he is not even considered in the top 10 batsmans in the world currently.
Pakistan whitewashed the Westindian side when they toured in 98 with Lara, Walsh, Ambrose, Hooper etc.
They still have world class batsmans like Hooper and Chanderpaul who gave Indian bowlers nightmare couple months back but now they don't look dangerous at all.

KHEL KHATAM.

West Indies 188 ALL OUT.

India win by an INNINGS.

Well Played India. Congratulations.
