Problem with such attacks is that inconclusive investigations,
If there is any indication that it's "foreign' hands who are desperate to stroke religious hatred, India shuold make it clear to it's beloved neighbor that these kind of things are not going to be tolerated long and long under the allegations of so called "insufficient evidence"...
We have the means to teach a lesson, all it requires is will.....if it is SIMI, then time for government to take such elements very seriously, and start dismantling them.
Pseudo-secularism is not gonna help for long.
