Yeah sure, after weakening their neighbor country pakistan through various tactics such as supporting Baloch terrorists with training and money, supporting TTP by training them through indian commandoes and doing operations against Pakistan, now India wants to progress. I sincerely hope that hindu banya never succeeds. How can they expect that after extensive interference in Pakistan they are going to sit back and relax and enjoy the show. Kashmiris naxalites, maoists and lower castes all hate india and I doubt that they will be pacified by this artificial economic lollipop. Meanwhile, india’s master’s economy i.e. US economy is failing so all the software/call-centres and other businesses dependent on it is also collapsing so this utopia will hopefully be short-lived.

You don’t need India to weaken Pakistan. Even TTP and Baloch are India creations, they only constitute less than 10% of your problems.

Your problem is Human Development. India started in a disadvantageous position compared to Pakistan in terms of people. Had a largerer % of population, that was marginalized and underpreviledged. Today their literacy and women education has taken Indian fertility rate to < 3.0 soon, it will reach a sustaiable rage of 2.1%. The literacy is growing, combined with opened up market they are reaping the benefits and Kashmir although late to the game will be able to gain. In fact, more than rest of India given some of the natural advantages they have.
