It's a useless and futile exercise to wait and hope for that and other Tours to take place in Pakistan. It's in the best interest of Pakistan Cricket and Pakistan itself to stage the games in UAE. Financially it will be lucrative for the PCB and players and we won't fall behind in terms of quality+quantity which we r on way for.
The WI series in UAE proved that Pakistan has enough support when it comes to Fans. OK the Fans in Pakistan end up losing in this scenario but the bigger picture puts them quite far off regarding the importance.
Situations that r arising and to follow for Pakistan will be anything other than easy or smooth to say the least so from a mere cricketing point of view better stage the Game in UAE.
Now from Pakistans point of view:
Going to neutral venues from Pakistan would be a clear message "we ourself think this country ain't safe for a Sport" and this might effect other (or has already) way of Life ad business and PPL r paying heavily for it. Seldom u c in any country that rich suffer from such disorder and terror.
So any way u c or put it it's a Dilemma not easy to solve and regardless for which the Power that be decide to go it'll be equally hard to explain.
If the tour gets cancelled, one thing is likely to happen. Pakistan will remove the ban on all the ICL players. Not that BCCI will care too much but I think it is something which PCB might use as a tool to convince BCCI.
If this tour forsure gets cancelled, I think that should be the FIRST thing PCB should do. Give BCCI a taste of its own medicine by making this political.

May be you need to notice that people here are also upset on how easily and irresponsibly the blame has been put on Pakistan without any concrete proof. But again this is something done on the government level and has nothing to do with BCCI.
I myself and several others here have acknowledged several times on how BCCI indeed has supported PCB in the last couple of years. They went out of their way to support Pakistan cricket on several issues and there shouldn't be any shame in acknowleding that.
It's better if it's canceled ..... not to imagine if something happens to any of the Indian Contingent ...... just the mere thought of it scary tp say the least
PCB is doomed to shift it's Game to the safe haven of UAE ..... accept it or not but that's the price Pakistan is paying for a few things that were decided in the past the way they were and today Pakistan is reaping it's fruits :(
Compared to ISI, raw is highly inefficient. ISI can make their own people disappear every other day. Raw has to work at the behest of the politicians, while ISI is its own govt. Poor Pakistan govt tried to have some hold on it and lost out to their superior persuasive skills.

I do hope that if Srilanka cancels the tour of England in May due to IPL commitments, ICC do consider giving Pakistan an option to play against England. I don't know why they have put Windies on standby if Lankans cancel the tour.
