India has had good relationship with every country in the world except pakistan for obvious reasons.
India is also closed friends with palestine, saudi arabs , etc etc..
i guess being labeled as largest democracy, a neutral country and good foreign policies made this happen.
lots of isrealis as well as arabs visit india every year, isrealis for visits and arabs for studies.. i guess that also kind of sends good signal to their respective countries..
