Actually India is in petty solid grounds. Numerous contingents of Indians, including senior muslim leaders, have been part of the Isreali relationship. In fact a couple of years ago a report said Indian muslim leaders were actually calling for rest of the world muslims to mend ties with Israel.
So I don't know where you are getting your impression from. Or more likely you are just making it up thinking you can stir up some controversy. That is just practicing yellow journalism and I hope you see that.
if you think indian muslims will accept israel your on cloud cuckoo land. if the indian islamic community is shown evidence of an indo-israelli alliance which hurts any muslim country then the battle lines will be drawn.
you do have indians who support pak cricket team when they are playing india dont you? look into this statement

his proposal was rejected outright by israelli pm. the israelli policy towards settlement relies on palestinians having no-one at the table who is sympathetic to its cause.
israel is and will avoid dealings with anyone who places expectation and demands upon them.
pak already has strong enough ties to one arab country to share its strategic weapons with but pressure from the mid-east conflict made it rename its bomb from islamic to pakistani. so yeah israel are just managing to keep their interests in this field
