Wait till they "diplomatically" separate it from India and "resolve" it, remember you guys got the Nuke Deal and they streamlined the process for you, no waits in long-lines, no declarations of any kind (NPT) and they haven't asked for the payment yet. Mangoes were just a gesture, it wasn't a payment. ;)
