I believe it is ripe time for India and Pakistan to work this out, because if USA intervenes, it will "liberate" Kashmir valley for its own reasons. And that will be bad for both India and Pakistan. Sure India might not have an issue with an American base in the valley at first, but wait till you see CIA's finest infiltrating into mainland India....
Time to wake up to the rude reality and smell the coffee!!!
Do you really think that the Obama administration (with so many Indians in it) will try anything like that ?
You can dream on, but nothing like that is going to happen. USA has a lot more vested in maintaining ties with India than breaking it. They might try diplomacy, but thats all they will & can do.
