India in Australia 2011-12

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

I agree with you - this was not a good inning.

Laxman lucky not to be given out lbw off siddle - maybe made up partially for Ashwin and Kohli lbw out decisions in 1st inning

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

Sachin :hbk: you must play 200 Test Matches at ANY COST I’m with you

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

Telling you honestly that India will lost so cheaply they always played good game in India and I think they made mistake not to bring Harbajaan who has outclass record against Aussies :cobra:

53.2

Lyon to Laxman, OUT, and he's fallen to his strength, whipped from off stump straight into short midwicket

 **VVS Laxman c Marsh b Lyon 35 (88b 4x4 0x6) SR: 39.77 **

I think it was last game of Laxman :cobra:

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

some comments of Indians angry fans :omg:

don: “Indian fans should not be so quick to forget the fantastic achievements of the older crew in the team. Without them they would never have reached the heights they have in the past!”

Rahul: “@don: We’ll built a statue of VVS at Eden Gardens for his achievements. But cant keep on dragging the statue on every tour!!”

Sarangan: “Sateesh… We do recognize the efforts of the legends in those days. But like Salary, it is paid for today’s work and not for what is done for the work done five years ago (that is called pension and it requires retirement).”

Agree with sarangan :lajawab:

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

Ab Laxman chalay vanvas

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

Yes, Sarangan hit the nail on the head - good catch 50+K!

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

Kohli out to absolutely silling running between wickets

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

That was a brilliant pick up and throw with body leaning back, and having to throw side arm. But did have 2.5 wickets to throw at. Stupid, stupid running.

In 1st inning Ishant Sharma ran non chalantly and was almost thrown out. Laxman did the same and a direct hit from outfield almost got him. Poor discipline, in addition to being totally outclassed.

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

He thoughts its good to have run out rather then bowled or LBW :ch: then he ll say "main run out ho gia warnah main daikh laita inn ko " :hehe:

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

From cricinfo :cobra:

With Australia four wickets away from a 4-0 hammering of India, Cricket Australia have annouced that there will be free entry to Adelaide Oval tomorrow. Woeful from India, they have run out of their last excuse, this wasn’t a green wicket, this was not a pitch helpful for the home fast bowlers, this was a flat batting wicket. Twice they have imploded against persistent high-quality bowling. They have nowhere to hide, however great their middle order may be. You can point to history, to their past records, to their earlier deeds overseas, but losing eight consecutive overseas Test is a massive, massive indictment.

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

India does have an excuse. I think there was a gentle westerly (or easterly) breeze during Indias batting.

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

:hehe:

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

I was fearful that such winds might blow during India’s batting and they did, and no one in the world can bat in such conditions. :nahi:

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

Zakhmoon par namak chirakna mana hay :nono:

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

:omg: :omg: :omg: :omg:

India have disappointed me to be honest in this series to a huge extent

Time for Sachin Dravid Laxman and Dhoni to Retire from Tests

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

and I thought Pakistan’s 2010 tour of Aus was worst

:chai:

Re: India in Australia 2011-12

It was not the worst we fought well in Melbourne and very close to a win in Sydney But India never came close to win any of the four
