Hoo boy, India hurtling towards humiliation in Perth. To think they came into this series thinking this was the best chance to win in Australia. Umesh Yadav had his moments today, but it was too little, too late.
Once again, Australia's quicks were sublime, with Starc having his had his best day in Test cricket. Australia in total command despite losing 7 for 110 in the middle session today.

If you take out Warner's 180 (369-180 = 189), not much between the two sides!
India's biggest problem in this series has been their 1st innings batting display
Yadav bowled with fire (was touching 145-146 kph) and purpose today, a promising prospect for sure ... alas batsmen once again failed to back bowlers up..

Their left arm bowler(Strac?) is really good though. He moved the ball both ways very dangerously. The unwillingness of Indian batsman to even complete easy 3s and compress them to 2s was a mirror image of Aussie attitude.

I get a good feeling today - Dravid should score 180, Kohli 160. Dhoni a captain's knock of 75. The tailenders adding 80. Total of 565 - Australia to chase 355 - bowled out for 275 with 3 hours to spare.

Dravid bowled yet again. Did his best. Dhoni did his usual cameo before Ponting took a nice low catch at 2nd slip. Got to respect Ponting. Aussies bowling well - what's new- Kohli seeing the ball like a football. beautiful strokes - esp couple of cover drives.
Every inning in this series, he has played well - got off to decent starts.
If this pait puts on 150 runs, and next 2pairs add 50 runs each - Indid could still have abt 210 to play with. Still Possible.

There is no fight in this team. No chemistry, no backing each other up. The Aussies constantly are talking after each delivery - encouraging their bowler, diving for balls, chasing down balls, while the India team appears to be 11 individuals. This might be a record for dastest test defeat - 2.5 hrs into the 3rd day. Did not even last a 1970s Eanji Trophy 3-day match. For shame.

I was sipping my cuppa of tea , when Kholi was playing well and India was 171/6 ... I flipped the bloody channel for 5 minutes and the show gets over ..
The match didn't even last half the distance :)
