A good news. Hope that relation with India improve further. However this reminds me era of Zia-ul-Haq when there was acute shortage onions because of export to Mid East with very low rate. The shortage triggered agitation, and Zia-ul-Haq had re-import onions from India with price 2 to 3 times the export price. What a dumb leader he was.
As regard to your sarcacism against India, Uncle Sam import many things from China, Pakistan, India, Bengladesh etc, It haszippo effect on its super power. Sam is still super duper even importing from poor countries like Pakistan.
What this has to do with 2-nation theory? Do you know that there are more Muslims live in India than in Pakistan?
