Last time there was a "declared war" ... maybe you were not born then ..... it was a favor Pakistan was not looking for ... so be very carefull what you wish for.
I can understand that the army wants to get out of tribal areas....... it seems in some cases they just surrendered to the militants .... but please dont make India an excuse. Just come " back to base"
