i think she had a dress malfunction and her cleavage was exposed =( that really sucks for her!! they had another issue where the zipper of another girl ripped and her behind was exposed. something unplanned i guess but they had a big issue and how designers dont feel lingerie should be worn underneath because the clothes dont get presented well on the ramp in that case =/ i would really eeek if that happened but i guess its their job!

no cleavage was not exposed, the whole blouse thingy fell down and she was walking with nothing on top.
But she didnt panic and picked up her dress and still finished the whole walk.
