You are talking about very few Arabs who might have gone to India for treatment and yet without statistics.

Arabs do go to Pakistan for not only medical treatment but also for medical training and this I know for fact.

It does not prove however that Arab countries cannot hire people from other places like Philippines, Thailand, Siri Lanka etc. do come to mind when cheap labor is required in Arab countries.

(It was Pakistani International Airline (PIA) employees which brought Emirates in to existence just to let you know)

In 2014 India has actually pulled ahead of Singapore to 3rd place globally for medical tourism, only behind Thailand and Hungary. It is a $60B market growing annually at 20% and India has moved early on this.

In spite of lacking infrastructure, cleanliness and poverty, India has become one of the top destinations …they must be pretty good eh?
