I was told by someone that muslims are obiliged to utter these words when they hear someone passing away.
Inna Lillahi Wa Ilaihi Raji'oon...
(ToALLAH we belong and to HIM we shall return)
Just curious whether a muslim is obiliged to utter these words when a muslim dies or any creation of ALLAH dies?
