If the claims are right then rest assured the policeman who registerd the case will be duely held accountable and this kid wil not be driven out of India and President will certainly won;t come on TV saying . Khatoon ke jaan ko khatra hai india mein.......

There's serious corruption both in India and Pakistan. Many such cases go unnoticed day in and day out.
Anyway, it's good that it's out in the media, so the guilty policemen and whoever else involved can be reprimanded.

that's difference in india at least the crruption case which comes to the notice gets addressed not so luck in pakistan.. the or dr Sazia gets raped and president saheb exhorts her to leave the country on national tv because her life is in danger.. then the same president saheb goes to us and says she deliberately got herself raped so that she can get canadian visa.. ..

yeah thats why criminals contest elections in bihar and other states.why didnt the indian government arrest natwar singh just by removing him from the cabinet wont serve justice.why narendra modi is still free.why shiv sena and other militant outfits who from digging the pitch of feroz shah kotla stadium dehli in 1999 tour of pakistan to destroying shops and beating the shopkeepers who were selling valentine day cards are still considered a political force why not the secular indians reject them and i can go on on this topic.

just someone thinks somebody to be guilty doesn;t make him so.. there should be enough evidence to charge-sheet........
all hyperbole aside not even a single person has come up with any court case against modi and about those criminals fighting election well court is looking into the case and the day they will be found guilty they won't be allowed to fight elections.........law is law for everyone else.. if court started hanging people based on someone's perception then it wil be utter chaos... hope u get this simple fact of jurisprudence..........
heck we have a person nabbed with pakistani made guns fighting election there is charge of treason on the day he is found guilty it will be over for him.......

I'm sure we all have heard the joke about Pakistani police coming out with an Elephant admitting the crime so I don't see much difference here. Knowing the corruption level that we have rampant in subcontinent you never know if a 2 year toddler will be accused of killing someone too.
