That family was killed under a military operation and even the most sophisticated armies in the world such as USA and Israel also yeilds collateral damage.
As for the 6 year old girl..
How incompetent does a police force has to be to arrest a 6 year old girl.
And she managed to let her father escape from jail and attack police officers
