Recipe for Kheer:

Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • Rice
  • Sugar
  • Rabrii
  • Cardamom seeds
  • Kewra esscence
  • Fresh cream & Murabba for garnish

Method:

Take milk & boil, add Crushed Rice & leave to simmer over a low heat for 2 hours until the rice becomes soft and the milk becomes half. Add the sugar and cardamom seeds and let it cook for 15-20 mins more. Remove from the heat and add the Rabrii and 2 drops of kewra esscence. Mix well. Take out the kheer into a bowl, set aside and allow it to cool. Garnish with fresh Cream & Murabba.
