Not really. The project is for heavy traffic diverted from Suhrab Goth to Karachi port area with five off takes connecting regular roads. I don't see any relief to traffic jams in Karachi. Isn't it one part of a bridge fallen down in Agra Taaj Colony last year, killing 6 people?
i dont know about the traffic for the rest of karachi, but taking all those cargo trucks off Sohrab Goth would be a huge help... that area gets way too crowded!
