im no fan of how musharraf (or afghanistan) has handled the baloch situation but to be fair, the battle that took place a few years ago involved only a few hundred fighters along with sir bugti himself. the average baloch youths situation is much different. much of the pronvinces problems stem the fact that its so isolated, which makes it economically unviable to build the type of economy required.
joining the army is a good opportunity for employment. hopefully more wages can tempt in more services to the area
