What a waste of building materials, and you say Brits are environmentally savy.
The first time I saw it as a backdrop of a movie, it took all the fun out the whole scene.

They really are environmental savvy, they save the water when they brush their teeth (which is rare) and use same water to wash their faces/shave and what not.
