I d Give a Detail way how to propose ......... but it wouldnt be necessary here ....
Plus it depends whose proposing .... the girl or the boy ....
If its boy then ....... Over a Nice Meal somewhere nice and expensive ... and pick the right day and timings .... although ... all seasons and all times are ok ..
If girl then ... you just go up to the guy and say it straight cos boys donttake time to make decision ... they are very quick at making decisons .....so the girl ll know the answer there and then .. where as a girl needs to take time in making a life long decision ...

But am sayng in a general manner .......here ... but in this situation it depends whose proposng ... say if the boy is really commtted to be with this girl for the rest of his life .. then he ll make a quick decsion .. but say if hes on the edge .. and has never thought about gettng marred then he ll have to think .. and then the grl also has to assess the situation .. how they ve been togeather .. meaning wether the boy has any intrests inher for the rest of his life, what his feelings are for her etc then if she proposes .. with full confidence .. am sure if she assesd him right he ll make the right decison but if shes assessed him all wrong then she ll just have live with that if the boy dont satisfy her ..
bt what i mean is .. that in general .. boys make quick decisions ...than girls and in this situation .. its much difficult for the girl to make a life long dicision than the boy ...

If the boy really committed to a girl then he would propose anyway....women don't generally propose. Its the men that generally do the proposing.
If you know the girl well enough and like her you would propose otherwise you would also be hesitant to get married. Marriage is supposed to be for life, for better or worse so its need to be carefuly thought out. There are no guarantees about the future...so one needs to take their time over these important decisions, which should be the right decisions.
