I may be wrong, but I did read about some small scale corruption on this BISP an year or so back. Might have to check up on it, but even if it is controlled and they are handing out money, you know my thoughts above. Maybe once the government changes we’ll know what kind of corruption did happen, if any. As long as it’s not massive, I’m afraid, any government would have indulged in it.
Our nation is just hardwired this way. Not all, but quite a few would turn to the dark side for some quick $$$.
